Price and where to download it
Buy Japanese Ramen Simulator on Steam, app id 4968640. On 18 October 2026 the US price was $12.74, down 15% from $14.99. It is Early Access, Windows only, and there is no public demo.
The price I checked
| Region | List | Intro price |
|---|---|---|
| United States | $14.99 | $12.74 |
| Japan | ¥1,900 | ¥1,615 |
| Taiwan | NT$308 | NT$261 |
| South Korea | ₩16,000 | ₩13,600 |
| China store | ¥59 | ¥50.15 |
The US store banner said “INTRODUCTORY OFFER! Offer ends 23 October.” Denfaminicogamer wrote that the Japanese discount runs through 24 October. I would read the Steam clock in your own region before assuming the sale is still on.
There is no free download
The API field is_free is false. I looked for a demo button on the store page and did not find one. Players have also asked in the discussions whether a demo exists. Early Access is the only way in, and the studio’s Early Access FAQ says the period is about six months, the price will rise as content is added, and people who buy during Early Access are not charged again when it does.
How I would buy it
- Open the Steam page for 4968640.
- Confirm the developer line says Wild Dog and the platform line is Windows.
- If a third-party key shop is cheaper, compare the app id yourself. This site does not list key resellers.
- The install is about 10 GB in the store requirements.
About cracked copies and trainers
I am not linking any of those sites. What I can verify is narrower: there is no official demo, the client updated three times in the first week (v0.1.48, v0.1.50, v0.1.57), and players already reported saves and shaders breaking between launches. A build that is not the current Steam depot will drift from the live game quickly. The intro price above is the legal copy.
I do not have a SteamDB price history. The store was behind a block when this page was written, so I am not describing a historical low.
